Returns Policy

If you need a quick ship, be sure to communicate with us and get a confirmed email, so we don't let you down. If for whatever reasons the order is not shipped (like bad address,adversed  weather conditions, conflict of terms stated) we will email you at once.

We aim to satisfy all our customers. A reasonable request will be met with reason. We are a commercial business and not a retail store like the Home Depot type business. We supply specific products that is intended to be installed by capable or licensed electricians/engineers. We accept returns for malfunctioning goods, incorrect items shipped or ordered and the correct items re-ordered. We can not accept returns because your customer didn't
pay you or he /she canceled your job.

Authorized returns must be double boxed and insured and the cost to be paid by customer. Unfortunately, no credit will be given for broken merchandise received.


Westport Apparatus and our partners fulfill shipments through UPS. Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the product's travel distance and on the packaged weight of the shipment. Westport Apparatus receives discounted shipping rates and passes those savings on to our customers. To ensure expedited delivery, place your order on-line before 1 pm EST. Late exceptions and special shipping arrangements may be made, call 1-800-227-4044 to speak with a sales representative. Ground orders may take up to 2-6 days depending on destination.
